Diwali…festival of lights or….
Today is Diwali. The day when Indians all over the world will burst crackers and catch free displays of fireworks! It is widely regarded as the festival of lights , but now-a-days the sound quotient is more than the light part! To everyone who reads this , I would like to say that – please remember …. Light , not noise.
How is my diwali ? Well ever year I get burnt while lighting crackers , but as I am posting this during that day I have no idea how I am gonna be burnt tonight. 😉
But the day was quite interesting. One of my best friends has come home for Diwali and we all are having a blast here. It’s amazing how little things can change your perception of the day! Yesterday , I was expecting the same boring Diwali with loads of loud noises , but today I am trying to make a change….
And I hope you will too.

Rise of the slackers !
That’s what classes are all about. Every time I enter my class , I choose a seat somewhere in the middle. The backbenchers are the well… backbenchers ! The kids up front are the overenthusiastic ones. The middle ones are usually the perfect ones. 😉
But some of the backbenchers are really good students , but they goof off in class! Very much inadvisable , but again they are incorrigible. But now-a-days I see the backbenchers rising to take their stand. They answer every question popped at them , they goof and study at the same time. As I watch them , I begin to feel nostalgic . Memories of std 9 and 10 flood through me as I remember that I was a part of that mysterious race called backbenchers….
I rise and join them!

For the past few weeks I’ve been playing Warcraft 3 like crazy ! I lost count of the number of matches that I have played , I have definitely improved but I still get beaten up like crazy. Yesterday , I won 4 matches in a row , and today I lost both the matches that I played ! What can you do when your opponent Undead masses gargoyles against you..? Anyways , enough of Warcraft , I plan on going slow now. Take some time to get back to blogging and stuff.
Now for my life at college ! I’ve become one of the top in all my English classes and with all my English teachers. My maths remains steady but man ,I’m really beginning to hate Physics , particularly mechanics. To cap it all there’s a FIITJEE scholarship exam n the 5th of Nov. and I’ve foolishly challenged this kid to a Warcraft 3 match…There I go about Warcraft again… 😉
I’m really pressed , what with racing against time and kicking some butt and Warcraft 3 , I’ll need all my luck to get through this. Wish me luck…

Even I don’t know why , but I happen to keep on disappearing from the blogosphere for entirely long periods! This time it was for Warcraft 3 . I found eurobattle.net and I keep on gaming for hours….
